Refund policy

At House of Kohlis, we take pride in the quality and hygiene of our fragrances. Because perfumes are personal-use products that come into direct contact with the skin, we cannot accept returns or refunds on any item that has been opened or used. This policy aligns with standard industry practice: once a fragrance bottle is opened or sprayed, it cannot be resold for hygiene reasons. We understand this means you should choose carefully, but it ensures every bottle you receive is fresh and safe.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Eligible for Free Replacement

If your order arrives in the following condition, we will provide a free replacement at no extra cost:

  • Damaged or defective item: e.g. broken bottle, missing sprayer, or other defect.

  • Leaking product: any fragrance bottle that is leaking or spilled.

  • Incorrect item shipped: you received the wrong fragrance or an order mix-up.

To request a replacement, please email us at hiteshkohli.app@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will respond promptly and send you a replacement at no additional charge.

Not Eligible for Return or Replacement

The following cases are not eligible for return, exchange, or replacement:

  • Change of mind: simply deciding you no longer want the fragrance.

  • Disliking the scent after opening/using it: once sprayed, we cannot accept it back.

  • Minor scent variation: slight differences in how the fragrance smells on you or on paper.

  • Opened or used products: any bottle that has been opened, sprayed, or tampered with.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
