We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or lockdowns). We appreciate your patience.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping details before checkout. Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may be delayed or returned to origin. Reshipping may incur extra charges.
Missed Deliveries
If delivery is attempted and not received, our courier will usually retry. If the package is returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery (shipping charges may apply).
